Our Policies


To schedule an appointment, your credit card information must be on file. Your card will not be charged before services are rendered unless you cancel or make changes to your appointment outside of our cancellation policy.



At Hair Havok the Salon, we strive to provide the highest level of service. Should you wish to have a color or toner adjustment, please contact us within five days of your original appointment.  we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.



We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the service scheduled. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations (Which are considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled, no exceptions. No call/ no shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service scheduled.



At Hair Havok the Salon we have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please text us to let us know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. 



For the safety of your children and the relaxation of our guest, Hair Havok the Salon does not allow children, animals or additional guest without an appointment at the salon.
